Terms and conditions
A, The use of doggie paddles services will be deemed acceptance of the following terms and conditions of business.
B, Pauline and Darryl Waller have taken stringent care to insure a safe environment of the dogs undergoing treatment and in the maintenance of the water and equipment; all dogs receiving hydrotherapy, swimming treatment do so entirely at their owner risk.
C, All treatment courses, including those to be part of an insurance claim, must be paid for in advance. Individual sessions must be paid for on the day of treatment.
D, Session fees will be charged in full if an appointment is not kept or cancelled without 24 hours notice.
E, Dogs will not be treated without a prior health check of their Veterinary Surgeon. State that the dog is fit enough to swim.
F, Dogs with infectious or contagious conditions, such as eye, ear or skin infections will not be treated. Owners are advised to cancel all appointments with at least 24 hours notice, until the condition is clear. Normal cancellation conditions apply.
G, Owners are required to notify Doggie Paddles if during a course of treatments or swimming your dogs’ injuries or condition worsens, or if the veterinary surgeon advises that the treatment is stopped or suspended. All veterinary advice must be passed onto doggie paddles.
H, Doggie Paddles reserves the right to refuse treatment to any dog.
I, On arrival at doggie paddles whether that be in the car park, in the grounds, of the swimming pool all dogs must be kept under control and must be on a lead at all times inside and outside the pool room.
J, It is the owners’ responsibility to poop scoop after their dog, whilst on company premises and its surrounding environment. There is a designated area for the owners use and a scoop and bucket available. The owner is requested to only allow their dog to foul in the designated area and in no circumstances allow their dog to foul the public highway outside the company premises. By laws
K, Doggie paddles cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property, howsoever occasioned whilst on company premises.
L, Doggie paddles cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury to any person or animal, howsoever occasioned, whilst on company premises.
M, Bitches in season will not be able to attend sessions until their season has completely finished.
N, Owners are requested not to feed their dog for at least 2 hours before attending an appointment and ensure that the dog has emptied its bowels before arriving. A surcharge will be made for dogs that defecate in the pool, as we will have to close the pool to clean it. We also advise owners not to feed their dog for
Approximately 1 hour after swimming.
O, Doggie paddles reserves the right to use video footage and take photographs during sessions.
P, When visiting Doggie paddles all persons are advised to wear sensible shoes with non-slip soles if possible. The floor in the pool room can become very wet during swimming sessions and it may become slippery.
Q, Dogs are not allowed to run around the pool area, children are also not permitted to play run around in pool room.
R, Owners are responsible for any charges made by your Veterinary Surgeon for the completion of the registration and referral consent forms required by Doggie paddles.
S, In order to maintain the efficiency of the filtration system and hence the water quality, owners are requested to ensure their dog is groomed prior to a treatment.
T, Doggie paddles is a non smoking area.
U, You may bring your own dog shampoo or choose one of doggie paddles
V, whichever shampoo you use on your dog/s is done at your own risk. If your dog has a shin condition, please seek vegetarian advice on the type of shampoo.
W, please ensure your dog/s is rinsed properly after shampooing leaving no foam or signs of shampoo.
